Note: An extra ticket for the Conference Dinner, taking place in the 17th century Great Hall of Clare College, will cost £54 (inclusive of VAT) per guest. Please indicate on your registration form if you require an extra ticket for this function.

PhD students will need to provide a letter from their PhD programme office, certifying that they are current PhD students, in good standing. Please send this letter to Camilla Burgess, Conference Manager, either by email to [email protected], or by post to Cambridge Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, Trumpington Street, Cambridge, CB2 1AG, UK.

What does the conference registration fee include?

Conference registration includes the following:

  • Attendance at all conference sessions
  • Registration materials (folders, conference USB drive, etc.)
  • Conference dinner on Friday 28 September in the 17th century Great Hall of Clare College, Cambridge
  • Cold buffet lunch on the Saturday
  • Light supper on the Saturday evening
  • Tea or coffee at midday on Friday 28 September, before the conference begins, and at mid-morning on Saturday 29 September
  • Tea or coffee on Friday and Saturday afternoons

Conference registration does not include accommodation or travel costs. These are your own responsibility. The symposium has negotiated discounted accommodation prices for symposium attendees.

Register online

Conference registration can be completed and paid for online. Payment can be made by debit and credit card. Cards accepted are Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro (if issued in the UK), and Visa Electron. We are currently unable to accept American Express for online payments. Authors with accepted papers should register before midnight on 30 August 2012 (GMT) if they wish to have their papers included in the conference programme.

Cancelling your conference registration before 1 August 2012 will incur a £50 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made on or after 00:01 BST, 1 August 2012.
